What you can expect

 

Before the procedure:

Most patients do not feel much pain during the procedure. However, we may offer topical numbing cream or ice to help minimize pain.

 

During the procedure:

The dermatologist will inject measured amounts of botulinum toxin into your skin or muscles using a thin needle.

 

 

After the procedure:

The treatment requires minimal downtime. You can resume your daily activities as soon as you leave the center. Results are usually noticed within 1-2 days, with results lasting up to four months. However, results may vary from patient to patient.
